PA systems for conferences

With one Control Unit, one Chairman microphone and up to 149 Delegate microphones
you can keep your meetings under control. If everyone can hear and be heard you'll
hold everyone's interest and run a much more efficient meeting.

How easy is it to set up and use?

Very! Simply plug the Control Unit into the mains, connect the Chairman microphone to the Control Unit, then daisy-chain all the microphones from one to the next around the table.

How does it work?

Everyone listens to the discussion via the internal loudspeakers built in to the base of the microphones (or via an external headphone plugged into the base of the microphone). The sound can also be relayed to a PA system.

The Delegates participate in the discussion by speaking through the microphone, controlled by an ON/OFF push-button.

The Chairman microphone has a Priority button that enables the Chairman to control the discussion by temporarily or permanently overriding and deactivating all active Delegate microphones.

What about Video Conferencing?

Not a problem. You can connect a Video Conference to the Control Unit, so virtual attendees can also take part in discussions.

I'd rather have a wireless version ...

You can. Wireless microphone Conference Discussion Systems are available, but they're more expensive than the CS-1 i-Conference Discussion System shown here. Please Email us for more information.

Manufacturer's Information and Specification

The i-Conference Discussion System is ideal for discussions and meetings with up to 150 attendees. It's equipped with JTS in-house made ECM capsule, intelligent automatic mixing technology and integrated acoustic and mechanical design, delivering consistently natural, feedback-free audio performance with any environment.

A CS-1 i-Conference Discussion System consists of:

‧ One Control and power supply unit (CU)
‧ Maximum 150 delegate/chairman units
‧ Peripheral audio and/or telecommunication equipment (see PA Systems page)

The control unit is the centre of the discussion system which controls the microphones
of the chairman and delegate units as well as connects to other audio input and output. It also supplies the power for the CU itself, and up to 50 chairman and delegate units.
